Oak Hostel Cabin was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location in Ginza was perfect, just a short walk from Tokyo Station. the capsules were cozy and had all the necessary amenities like outlets and reading lamps. the shared bathrooms were well-maintained and had basic toiletries provided. the fully equipped kitchen and common lounge room were great spaces to relax and socialize.

We had a great experience staying at a capsule hotel in Tokyo. The Oak Hostel Cabin provided clean rooms, strong water pressure in the shower, and comfortable temperature in the bed. The capsule rooms were surprisingly spacious and the bamboo curtain closure provided a unique Japanese touch. The showers on the top floor were plentiful and well-maintained. The lobby area was spacious and always had enough seating for us to plan our days and nights. The staff, especially Keisuke, were exceptional and went out of their way to help us with tickets and navigating the transport system. We also enjoyed using the hostel's bikes to explore Tokyo. a really cool place to stay!
