The room was compact but had everything we needed, including a dining table and free Wi-Fi. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. We also loved the convenience of having a coffee shop and laundry facilities on site. this place was a great choice for us.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped apartment with a great balcony view. The hotel provides everything you need including slippers, robes, and toothbrushes. The feather pillows were a big plus. The facilities were fantastic and clean, with a peaceful cafe downstairs serving delicious coffee. The location is perfect, in a quiet street with a Family Mart and a great udon restaurant nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us when we arrived late at night.

My friend and I had a fantastic 10-night stay at Oakwood. The room had everything we needed, from a washer/dryer to a well-equipped kitchen and a wide bathtub with a wash-let toilet. We loved having a balcony too. The location was perfect, with lunch and supper places as well as supermarkets right in front of the apartment. We were able to walk to all our destinations within 10-15 minutes. The rooms were comfortable and surprisingly spacious compared to other rooms in Tokyo. The mid-stay room cleaning was also a nice touch.

I absolutely loved the great location of the apartment, which allowed me to be in direct touch with nature. The veranda and spacious layout made it even better. The fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a washer/dryer during my 9 day stay was a huge plus. The staff were very courteous and the check-in process in the evening was excellent.

The room sizes at this hotel were surprisingly spacious, much larger than other hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo. Additionally, the location was great, nestled in a quiet spot with plenty of authentic Japanese eateries along the street. It was also conveniently only a 10-minute walk from the main station, which made it easy to explore Shibuya.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the lack of a common room was disappointing.
