We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the subway station. The room was compact but had everything we needed, including a dining table and free Wi-Fi. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. We also loved the convenience of having a coffee shop and laundry facilities on site. this place was a great choice for us.

Recommended for families.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the vibrant food area of Shinjuku. We loved being able to explore the lively streets and try delicious local cuisine just steps away from our accommodation. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. They even allowed us to check in a bit earlier than expected.

I absolutely loved the great location of the apartment, which allowed me to be in direct touch with nature. The veranda and spacious layout made it even better. The fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a washer/dryer during my 9 day stay was a huge plus. The staff were very courteous and the check-in process in the evening was excellent.

I felt really good about my stay here, with no complaints at all.

I stayed at Oakwood for 9 days and it was perfect. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a short walk to Shinjuku Station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and washer/dryer. it was a fantastic stay.

The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed having a wash & dry laundry and a well-equipped kitchen. The wide bath tub and wash-let toilet were a nice touch. Netflix was also available for entertainment. The service staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment for a cozy and convenient stay in Tokyo.

I was there for a week and found it to be a perfect choice. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to the bustling area and lots of food options nearby. The street itself was surprisingly quiet. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a kitchenette and washer/dryer, which were bonuses. The staff were friendly and helpful. a great experience!

Great location, with easy access to attractions and amenities in the city. Spacious and well, equipped apartment, including a kitchenette and washing machine. Helpful and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to assist with check, in and provide information.

Limited housekeeping services, including no daily cleaning or change of towels. Some cleanliness issues, such as finding long black hair in the bathroom.

The room sizes at this hotel were surprisingly spacious, much larger than other hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo. Additionally, the location was great, nestled in a quiet spot with plenty of authentic Japanese eateries along the street. It was also conveniently only a 10-minute walk from the main station, which made it easy to explore Shibuya.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the lack of a common room was disappointing.

Great staff, clean room, modern amenities, convenient location, quiet street. iPad with English manual, amazing view of the city, fantastic facilities, peaceful cafe with great coffee. Seamless check-in, helpful staff even late at night. Well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, nice balcony. Accurate directions for check-in. a wonderful stay.
