This place is located right beside a beautiful river, and I could even hear the calming sound of the water from my room. The hotel provides a free shuttle service from the train station, which was really helpful. The spacious and well-decorated rooms made my stay very comfortable. The meals served here were delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure that I had a pleasant experience.

The outdoor bath was nice, but it was a bit small and had limited showers. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The views were stunning and the staff was friendly. the hot springs were relaxing and the outdoor one had a nice ambiance. the room was comfortable with a cozy futon and the shuttle service was convenient for getting around the area.

The hotel looked like it hasn't been properly cared for in years. There were bugs in the public areas and the dust was noticeable in the room.
