Great value for money with a spacious room and amazing views. Excellent location near sights and beaches, with friendly and attentive staff. Cons: Menu for breakfast could offer more variety.

We enjoyed the various pools, including heated ones and slides, with sea views. the modern room had a lovely view. the hotel had a convenient store with beach items. the breakfast was superb with Japanese and Western options.

I always return for exceptional service. Staff kindly helped with a water bottle at night. the hotel offers all I need: free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, pools, fitness, spa, water activities. Perfect for my business trips.

Traveling for relaxation, I enjoyed a pleasant stay at Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa. Staff were kind and multilingual, the pools were fantastic, and the room was modern with a lovely view. the convenience store inside had a wide range of items, and the free 24-hour gym was a great bonus. the breakfast offered a variety of Japanese and Western options, and the retro building added a unique charm to the experience.

Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa exceeded expectations. the amenity station, shuttle service, and delicious breakfast buffet stood out. the room upgrade offered breathtaking sea views, creating a serene atmosphere. Access by car was easy, and parking was affordable.

Towels changed every 3 days. Limited transportation options.

Loved the modern rooms with great views and fantastic facilities including large pools and a water slide. the breakfast options were excellent with unique treats like ice creams and a doughnut wall. the paid onsen experience was truly fantastic, allowing people with tattoos.

The food selection at the restaurants was lacking variety and quality, especially for vegetarians. the overall atmosphere felt more like a hotel than a resort, with extra charges for everything.

The Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa exceeded my expectations as a budget traveler. The room had a big comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short distance from Nago. The management was quick to respond and offered us an upgraded room after a complaint email. The upgraded traditional Japanese room was a welcome change. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, providing excellent service. The concierge service was top-notch and always available to assist us. The seaview from our room was exceptional. The breakfast selection was delicious with plenty of baked goods and fresh fruit.

We had a fantastic time at a large resort hotel with friendly, smiling staff. The spacious rooms all had an ocean view, and the free shuttle made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Despite a busy breakfast, the attentive staff always made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the service was impeccable from check, in to check, out. the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to relax and unwind with their numerous massages and pampering services. the Indoor swimming pool was well, maintained and provided a great place to exercise. the Sauna was a great way to detox and recharge. the Swimming pool was spacious and clean, perfect for swimming laps or lounging in the sun. the Outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing place to cool off and enjoy the scenic surroundings. the Jacuzzi was a great way to soothe sore muscles. the Spa lounge was a comfortable place to relax and socialize with other guests. the Seasonal outdoor pool was a fun way to enjoy the beautiful weather. the Restaurant provided delicious meals with attentive service. the in, room breakfast was a delightful way to start off the day. the Bar/ Lounge area was a great place to unwind with a drink after a long day.

The only issue I encountered was a minor one at check, in. I was asked to pay upfront, which I found unusual for a hotel of this caliber.

On my recent Christmas stay, I appreciated the good customer service and the spacious rooms with a comfortable layout to work on. the multiple restaurant options made me feel spoilt for choice. However, the best aspect was the tantalizing breakfast, which left me satisfied and ready for the day.

Sadly, the location of the hotel was a letdown. It was not in a prime location and required a mode of transport to get around the area.
