Enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms with hot springs baths. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was beneficial and timely. the meals were very impressive, filled with surprises, and of exceptional taste.

Staff communication in English was a bit hard which made it difficult for us. the promotional materials, menus, and food descriptions were all in Japanese.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed, heating, and air conditioning ensured a restful night's sleep, while the balcony provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views. Plus, the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I wish there were more English-speaking staff or menus available. However, this didn't detract from my overall experience at all.
