The hotel's great location next to the Convention Center was perfect for us. The bed in our room was larger than most single beds, and the station, food, and convenience store were all within a 10 minute walk. It was also only a 20 minute walk to JAXA in Tsukuba. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it a convenient choice for a business trip.

It is also situated next to the Tsukuba international Congress Centre, making it a great choice for business travelers attending conferences or events. Additionally, there is a shopping area nearby, providing guests with plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as desks, AC outlets, and generous closet space. The bathroom is also spacious and the service provided by the staff is exceptional. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a choice of set menus. Furthermore, the hotel offers facilities such as a coin laundry machine.

The WiFi connection can be a bit erratic at times.

Spacious room with park view on highest floor, walkable distance from station. Hot and strong shower, peaceful and quiet. Good wifi, convenient location near restaurants. Excellent reception and cleanliness, great wireless internet for work. Nearby supermarkets and pedestrian/bicycle pathway for easy access.

During my recent stay, the hotel provided excellent service. I arrived after a long bike ride and they graciously took care of my needs, offering towels and taking care of our bikes. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with multiple desks and plenty of outlets for all our devices. The bathroom was also generous in size. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with a variety of restaurants nearby and a shopping mall right next door. I especially enjoyed the convenience of the running and cycling path behind the hotel. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it for future stays in Tsukuba.

The room was extremely small and cramped, with barely enough room to move around. the bathrooms were outdated and could use some renovation.
