We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured we got a good night's sleep. The on-site facilities, such as the onsen, were fantastic and provided us with a truly luxurious experience. The food at the hotel was also amazing, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the bus station and the hillside. The staff were all very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Omiya Ryokan was exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with big, cozy beds. The staff, especially the ones serving us dinner and breakfast, were friendly and helpful. The location was also great, providing a lovely view over the village.

Spent Xmas at this hotel with family and had a great time. the rooms were really spacious and comfortable. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. We also loved the onsen, which was clean and very relaxing. the hotel location was great with easy access to the ski lifts and shuttle service to take you to town.

The hotel staff were a bit unfriendly and not very helpful. It was a bit disappointing, but it didn't really impact our overall positive experience.
