It's nestled in a vibrant area with multiple metro lines, making it super easy to explore the city. the staff here is friendly and efficient, and self-check-in/out is a breeze. the room was cozy but clean, with a comfy bed and a nice corner sofa. I loved having a famous coffee shop on the ground floor, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Plus, the convenience of a 7-11 right across the street was a lifesaver.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the communication barrier with some staff members who had limited English proficiency. It would be great if they could enhance their language skills to assist guests better.

The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and just a short walk to the metro station. We appreciated the fresh water and ice dispenser, which was very convenient. The friendly and cheerful staff were always ready to assist us. The strong wifi signal was a bonus, and the self-serve laundry machine was useful, although an additional washer/dryer would have been beneficial. we highly recommend Omo3 Tokyo Akasaka By Hoshino Resort for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tokyo.
