This hotel has a great location, only a short walk from major attractions like the SKYTREE. The room was well-designed and had all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Another great feature was the breakfast, which had a fantastic selection of dishes and great quality. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful.

All in all, this hotel was perfect, and we had a great experience.

The hotel is very clean and everything seems to be new. the rooftop terrace offers amazing views, especially if you visit during the six hours it's open. the location is convenient, close to a metro station and attractions like Skytree. Another advantage is the clever and practical furniture in the rooms, which compensates for the small size.

The ground floor lacks a proper bar atmosphere in the evening, and the rooftop bar is underutilized. It would be great if the hotel offered room service from the restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at One@Tokyo. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Skytree and a nearby subway station. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when I had issues with my pocket wifi. I also appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, and tea available throughout the day. I highly recommend this hotel!

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was amazing! the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They offered two complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, close to all the major tourist spots but tucked away in a quiet area. Plus, the rooftop terrace had breathtaking views of the city skyline. Best of all, the room was spacious and luxurious with panoramic windows offering stunning views of the city lights.

The only downside to the room was that the bathroom was open-plan and lacked privacy. the wifi was a bit weak and spotty at times.
