The view from our room was stunning, but the steep walk back to the hotel was a real mission after a day out! Overall, it was a sweet stay.

Stunning view, comfortable room, with a spacious bathroom and a relaxing open-air onsen that offered the same magnificent view as the room. A free shuttle service to the nearby hiking trail.

Everything went smoothly.

Bliksem, the view of the lake was absolutely stunning! The morning onsen was a treat—just me and the water, heaven! Plus, the staff were super friendly, always keen to help. The free brekkie was lekker as well, lots of tasty options to choose from!

Only downside, that hill to the hotel is a proper workout, especially after a day of exploring!

The access road is steep and would be challenging for those with luggage!!! The men's onsen has a better view than the women's due to tinted glass. Shuttle service only runs at limited times!!!

Our experience was nothing short of delightful! The spacious room had a breathtaking view of Lake Kawaguchiko, and we indulged in a kaiseki dinner plus a delicious breakfast. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff added to our joyful stay. Don't miss out on the public onsen. it’s a hidden gem here!

the room was super spacious and had huge windows for an amazing view! we couldn't see mt fuji directly, which was a bummer.

The complimentary beverages, the evening snacks, the spacious room was absolutely superb.

the lake view frm the room is super nice and totally breathtaking. the japanese breakfast was pretty good and filling, with lotsa options like eggs, fish, and rice. the onsen is chill, not too crowded. staff were really nice and helpful, and they gave out free snacks and drinks in the lounge. loved the peaceful vibes here, made it a great getaway!

This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, free parking, and a coffee shop. The staff helped me find my lost wallet during my first stay, which I'll never forget. I highly recommend enjoying the free shuttle service. I'm coming back for a city trip.

Blimey, the view of Lake Kawaguchi was proper stunning! Our room had comfy beds and the Japanese brekkie was lush. Only downside? That steep hill back to the gaff after munchin'. Get ready for a little workout, mate.
