Our stay at Onyado Nono was fantastic! The hotel had a beautiful on-site onsen and the location was perfect, with Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle just a short walk away. The room was well-designed and comfortable, with a spacious shower. We loved the complimentary afternoon ice cream, evening ramen, and all day coffee. The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Plus, there were plenty of shops and a Family Mart nearby for convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Kanazawa.

The wifi was not working well, particularly in the rooms located in the corner. The size of the room may be a bit small for taller individuals, although it was expected.

Our Easter stay was lovely. We got a chance to experience our first onsen that was both clean and delightful. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese buffet breakfast with an added salad bar and the free late-night noodle bar was a treat. We also liked the freebies waiting for us in our room. the hotel was located close to the fish market which was an added bonus. the manga reading room was a unique experience we enjoyed.

The hotel's policy regarding non-Japanese residents needs improvement. we noticed that the background music in the onsen was limited and repetitive.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I particularly enjoyed the special touch of leaving our shoes at the front door, which made the space much cleaner. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great-sized pillow and excellent amenities. The onsen on the top floor was definitely a highlight, with the added bonus of manga and free ice cream. The complimentary half-size soba after 21:30 was also a delicious treat. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services for a super relaxing stay!

The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the girl who looked after the garage spoke excellent English. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with freshly made tempura and coffee. the onsen was clean and even had a sauna room. the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the nearby Kanazawa Castle. it was great value for money and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.
