We had an amazing stay at this modern Ryokan. the breakfast at Onyado Nono Kyoto Shichijo Natural Hot Spring was simply outstanding. They offered a wide variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, all of which were fresh and delicious. the room, although small, was clean and functional with enough space for our luggage. the onsen was large and very relaxing, and we also appreciated the free food items available throughout the day, especially the tasty ramen. the location was convenient, being close to the station. we were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, within walking distance to most tourist hotspots and very near the train station. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including heating and air conditioning and soundproofed walls. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the leisure facilities were top-notch, with a spa, sauna, and hot spring bath. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and luggage storage.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our recent city break stay was enjoyable due to the generous facilities provided that exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the variety of hot springs available with varying temperatures and the lovely staff. the convenience store across the street and the nearby bus and subway network made exploring easy. the free breakfast was fantastic, and we were pleasantly surprised by the extra complementary things like soba noodles and ice cream.

The peak season meant crowded female hot spring changing rooms. Opening the suitcases in the room was challenging during peak times, but the rooms were otherwise comfortable.

The television viewing options were rather limited, as there was no option to login to streaming services like Netflix or Amazon Prime.

The location was convenient, with Kyoto Station just a 10-minute walk away. it was a fantastic experience.

Upon entering the hotel, I was asked to remove my shoes and wear slippers which made me feel at home. The room was clean, modern and had great sunlight. I loved the natural hot spring and free ice cream bar. In the morning, they had complimentary coffee, latte, and matcha latte. a fantastic experience.

The staff were really kind and helpful, going the extra mile in helping us book a parcel delivery to the airport from the hotel. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and even a trouser press. We also enjoyed the leisure spa & wellness center, which had a sauna, massage services, and a hot spring bath. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the 24-hour reception and luggage storage.

The hotel was not as close to Kyoto Station as we would have preferred, but it was still very close and easily accessible. The staff were warm and good in English, and the overall service was excellent.
