With a convenient elevator and the option to store luggage after check-out, the hotel ensures a hassle-free experience. The staff is prompt in assisting guests in need, even though the front desk may be unattended. The Japanese-style bathroom provides a relaxing experience, while the amenities are of good quality, guaranteeing a comfortable stay.

One minor drawback is the lack of flexibility in adjusting the TV position, making it hard to watch from the bed.

The hotel was situated in a great spot with convenient access to shops and public transportation. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to assist us with baggage delivery. the bathroom was updated and impeccably clean.

The room was incredibly dusty and the air conditioning unit in the bathroom was incredibly loud and caused items to vibrate on any setting other than the lowest. the TV was not easily adjustable and subtitles were difficult to navigate.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! the location was absolutely fantastic - close to public transport and grocery stores, and just a short journey to downtown for shopping. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Thirdly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen that made our stay even more convenient. Additionally, the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and basic amenities provided. We also appreciated the option to have breakfast at the hotel. we had a great experience at this hotel.
