I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say it was an incredible experience. The location was fantastic as it was right next to a train station, making it very convenient for families with little ones and easy to explore the area. The shuttle bus service to Disneyland and DisneySea, starting from 7am, was a major highlight and made it so convenient to visit the parks. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment I emailed them before my visit. The amenities in the room, such as the free Wi-Fi, toiletries, and flat-screen TV, were all top-notch and added to the overall comfort of my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends for their next trip.

We absolutely loved the pillows, with the option of one soft and one firm. The convenience store and direct access to the mall were a huge plus. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was frequent and free, and the staff were helpful with information on shuttle buses. The location was great, with a JR station across the road and shops and a mall nearby. The hotel restaurant, Grand Cinq, went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions, providing special menus for my son who has allergies to dairy. The staff and chef were incredibly attentive and even prepared special meals every morning and for lunch and dinner upon request. The hotel room was clean overall and the price was good. Additionally, there was a supermarket within a 2-3 minute walk offering pre-cooked food, fruits, bread. Highly recommended for those with allergies.

During my recent stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay, I was delighted to discover their convenient location. It was just a short walk from the train station, as well as shopping and food areas. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me in purchasing Disney tickets at the customer service desk and even provided a free shuttle bus to and from the Disney parks. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely book again at this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxury hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location above the train station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff here were exceptional, speaking reasonable English and always being attentive to my needs. The service was top-notch, from the housekeeping to the taxi service. The room amenities were superb, with everything I needed, from the free wi-fi to the comfortable bedding. I especially appreciated the free toiletries and the electric kettle for a nice cup of tea in the evening. The flat-screen tv and the air conditioning added to the overall comfort of my stay. Furthermore, the dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area were wonderful places to relax and enjoy a delicious meal or drink. the positive aspects of this hotel made my stay here truly unforgettable.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I cannot find any faults with this place, from its location above the train station to the excellent service and amenities provided.

The location of the hotel was great, making it easy to access various parts of the city. We were able to visit popular spots like Ginza and Akihabara without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel was close to Haneda Airport, making our journey convenient. the spacious room was another plus point, with comfortable beds and a sofa. the complimentary face scrubs provided were a nice touch, and the onsite Lawson convenience store was super convenient for any last-minute needs.

Our experience at the hotel was not so great. the check-in process was tedious and impersonal, with a machine instead of a person assisting us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station, making transportation very easy. We also found it convenient that there is parking available and that it is near a stop for the Limousine Bus, which takes about 40 minutes to get to the airport. Additionally, the hotel is close to shopping malls with a range of restaurants, making it easy to find dining options. The breakfast spread was also delicious and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay in Urayasu had a spectacular building right next to the train station. The Chinese and Italian restaurants were delicious, and the rooms were spacious for Tokyo standards. The hotel staff was polite and helpful, and arranging tickets for Disneyland and Disneysea was easy. The hotel also provided English information upon request.
