The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in front of Osaka station and close to the railway station. Additionally, the hotel provided clean and well-stocked facilities, such as toiletries and charging cords. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the informative welcoming email provided all the necessary information before checking in.

The breakfast options were poor, with lukewarm food and below-average sausages and bacon.

Good location near train station. Spacious rooms with nice amenities, including free Wi-Fi. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Had a good breakfast spread with a variety of options, both Japanese and Western.

Front desk staff had difficulty speaking and understanding English, which made communication challenging at times. Limited English TV channels with mostly Japanese programs.

I had a great stay at this place. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and near many restaurants. The staff were fantastic and gave prompt service. The room amenities were great, including free wi-fi and free toiletries.

The room had a unique cylindrical design, which added an interesting touch to the overall ambiance. The amenities and furnishings felt luxurious, and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the presence of a convenience store, vending machines, and various restaurants within the hotel. The friendly and polite staff even helped me with safekeeping my luggage before check-in.
