Convenient Location & Clean Rooms, Free Coffee

The hotel is situated near a subway station, making it easy to reach and explore nearby areas. Clean rooms with ample toiletries were available for guests. The lobby’s free coffee served as a great start to the day.

Despite the convenient location, poor service quality and uncomfortable pillows were a letdown. Some staff members were not friendly, struggling to communicate in English. Pillows were rigid, which negatively affected sleep quality. In addition, breakfast was not tasty and had limited options.

It is also close to many restaurants, providing plenty of dining choices for visitors. The hotel is situated on the new tram line to Intex Osaka, making it a convenient option for those participating in the Osaka marathon.

The Osaka Joytel Hotel in Osaka was a fantastic choice for my stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and extremely helpful, even assisting me with purchasing concert tickets. The rooms were clean and equipped with high-speed broadband. The hotel's location was excellent, with a close proximity to a subway station and a direct link to the shopping mall. The view from the hotel was also breathtaking, offering a great perspective of the city.

Everything was fantastic.
