The hotel offered a spacious room and comfortable bedding which allowed for a good night's rest. the location was great, within close proximity to public transportation and a convenience store nearby.

The noise level from the street outside was high and made it difficult to sleep at night. while the hotel had some positive aspects, the negative aspects impacted my city break experience and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The room size was spacious and comfortable, especially considering the great price. Plus, it was conveniently located near both the train station and a 7-eleven, making it super easy to get around and grab any necessities I needed. The hotel staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my entire stay. They always went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning my room daily, and the amenities provided, such as the heated toilet seat and bathtub, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The large LCD TV and fast WIFI were also much appreciated, providing entertainment and convenience.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Our room at Osaka Riverside Hotel was clean, well-furnished, and had a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the convenience of having a 7-11 store just a short walk away, as well as being close to Sakuranomiya Park. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The WiFi worked well after it was fixed on the second day. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Additionally, it is situated next to the river trail, providing a nice opportunity for guests to take a leisurely stroll. In terms of breakfast, although there was a slight confusion initially, the restaurant staff were patient and accommodating. The room itself is clean and well-furnished, with essential amenities readily available.

The sound isolation in the room could be improved, as passing trains can be heard during the night.
