We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently close to the station. We were able to easily navigate our way to and from the hotel, thanks to the covered tunnel lined with shops and shopping centers. Plus, there were plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity, making it a very convenient place to stay.

During my recent stay at Osaka Tokyu Rei Hotel, I had a great experience. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to various train stations and plenty of nearby restaurants. The single room was small but perfectly adequate, and the bed was comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the absence of any smoking smell in the room, which made for a much more enjoyable stay. Additionally, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, especially the Mandarin-speaking gentleman from Taiwan who made communication a breeze. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Osaka.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Umeda station, making it easy to access the main train lines and explore the city. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores in the Umeda district, providing guests with a variety of options for dining and shopping. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and were able to communicate in English.

The hotel could improve on its check-in process, as some guests had to wait until the designated check-in time, despite the hotel's size and number of available rooms.

The location was convenient for the downtown Umeda / Douyama area and it was really easy to find. The breakfast was surprisingly quite good, with enough choices to get some Japanese breakfast items. Room was clean, toiletries were nice, and staff were helpful and understanding.

I really liked the convenience of the hotel's location. It's situated within walking distance of major metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient for grabbing a quick bite or any essentials you may need. Another advantage was the helpfulness of the staff. They were friendly and accommodating, providing assistance with check-in and check-out and even storing our luggage before and after our stay.

The only downside I encountered was the size of the rooms. They were on the smaller side, making it a bit cramped to move around and open our suitcases.

We also enjoyed the quietness of the hotel, allowing us to have a peaceful and relaxing time together.

We found that the room could have been a bit cleaner. There was quite a bit of dust that we noticed upon arrival and the daily cleaning felt a bit rushed.
