The hotel is conveniently located near Asari station, making it easy to access tourist attractions in the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with comfortable beds and clean towels provided. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained, with amenities such as a soaking tub and a large shower area. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Additionally, the buffet breakfast offers a good variety of options to cater to different tastes.

One minor drawback is the lack of an egg station in the buffet breakfast.

Good breakfast options, convenient shuttle service to ski resort and train station. Helpful and friendly staff, hot spring bath, close proximity to ski place.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hokkaido. The location was perfect, nestled by snowy mountains and close to the JR station. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with amenities like an iron and ironing board. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even provided a shuttle service, making it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a spa center. We enjoyed a relaxing massage and beauty treatment during our stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the mini mart had a great selection of local produce.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Hokkaido.

The dinner provided at Otaru Asari Classe Hotel was absolutely excellent. It was a beautifully prepared 5-course meal that surpassed all our expectations. The dishes were delicious, well thought out, and presented beautifully. The portion sizes were reasonable, and the meal was definitely worth the price. The dinner staff were efficient, courteous, and very professional. They even accommodated our request to change the dinner time for an earlier slot, considering that we had a sleeping baby with us. the dinner experience was truly wonderful.
