The stay at Palace Hotel was unforgettable. The view of the Imperial Palace gardens from our room was breathtaking. The food was outstanding, and the attention to detail in the decor and amenities was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. an excellent experience.

palace hotel tokyo really exceeded my expectations during our recent stay in tokyo. the spacious and clean room, alongside the stunning view of the royal palace and the convenience of having a subway right downstairs, made our stay memorable.

The Palace Hotel Tokyo was exceptional - beautiful room, cosy ambiance, wonderful staff, great location near Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace, lovely food and terrace view.

Having stayed at this hotel, I can say that it is a luxurious and exclusive venue that offers top, notch services. the massage and Spa center were a real treat, and the sauna was relaxing. the indoor swimming pool was clean and well, maintained. the room had exclusive amenities, a balcony with a beautiful view, and an in, room breakfast service.

The only minor issue was the coffee/tea in the lobby, which was not always available, and we had to request it twice. Apart from that, the staff provided excellent service, and the private facilities were impeccable.

The 14th floor room had a balcony with a beautiful view. Meticulous attention to design and comfort, with a luxurious bathroom, perfect Wi-Fi, and plush bed linen. Helpful staff provided quick and accurate service at the bars and reception. A memorable experience.
