We had a delightful 6-night stay at this cozy and conveniently located pension. The hosts, Tani-san and his wife, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even staying up until 1:30am to welcome us. The homemade breakfast, with fresh bread and jams, was a filling start to our mornings. The pristine bathrooms and sufficient heating made us feel comfortable throughout the day. We would gladly return to this charming pension.

The lovely hosts greeted us with a gift of local wine. Our bedroom was clean and tidy with heating and warm doonas. The shared bathrooms were always immaculate and there was never a wait. Both bathrooms have a bath to soak in if you wish. The lounge area was perfect for groups to spend time together. The hosts are always available to ask questions and join you for a drink. The optional breakfast is reasonably priced and a nice way to start the day. The location is convenient, with cafes, pubs, and bus stops to the slopes just a short walk away. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - it was one of our highlights meeting the hosts. Thank you for the great memories. We highly recommend it.

We got great value for our money at the Pension Nugget Inn. The room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff treated us like family, offering massages, wine, and even helping with our luggage at 4.30am!

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better was to have more vegetarian options available.

I recently stayed at this lovely guesthouse in a great location. The owners, a kind couple, went above and beyond to help us despite the language barrier. They even made delicious vegetarian breakfasts for us every morning. The beds were very comfortable and the shared bathrooms were kept clean. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially for its convenient location near the free shuttle bus.

We got great value for our money at this inn. The room was nice and clean, with plenty of space for 2-3 people. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and bus stops. The staff, although limited in English, were incredibly welcoming and even gave us a lovely bottle of wine on arrival.

They remembered our preferences for breakfast and went out of their way to accommodate us. the authentic Japanese style of the lodge added a unique touch to our experience. the location was perfect, with everything we needed nearby. We especially loved the hot tub, which was a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes.

The shared bathrooms were located on the first floor, which was a bit inconvenient. the stairs in the lodge were steep, so it may not be suitable for families with young children or individuals with mobility issues.
