The room we stayed in was perfect for the 5 of us - cozy with its own bathroom in a traditional Japanese style. the proximity of the room to the ski room made it very convenient for us to access our gear easily.

The room was the first one by the bar/reception area and onsen, so we had to deal with some noise at night and in the morning.

I had a fantastic stay at Phoenix Hotel By Hakuba Hotel Group. The communication from the staff was exceptional from the moment I made the reservation. They were prompt in answering all my inquiries and provided assistance with various arrangements. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy blanket and memory foam-like pillows. I also enjoyed the free Nespresso pod coffees in the room. The shower had good pressure and temperature. The breakfast, which was served à la carte, was delicious and the service even better. The highlight of my stay was the chauffeur shuttle service provided by Masa. He was awesome and made transportation to and from the base camp and other resorts hassle-free. the service at Phoenix Hotel By Hakuba Hotel Group was exceptional, making my experience easy and enjoyable.

There was a slight inconvenience of the location not being near food, although it was only a 10-15 minute walk. Additionally, I was disappointed that the steam room was not working during my stay.

Enjoyed our room and accidentally chose the shared bathroom option, but it wasn't a problem. The public hot bath and shower were spotless, never saw another guest using it. Friendly staff provided excellent service, and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was fantastic.

Our family had an incredible time at the hotel triplets entertainment area. The warm boot room, steam shower, and fabulous breakfast made our stay unforgettable. Cons: For dads it would be great if the hotel provided more kid-friendly meal options.
