The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of Japanese and Western-style dishes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The view from the windows may not meet everyone's expectations and could be obstructed, causing some discomfort for those who value a pleasing view from their room.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The buffet breakfast was impressive, with many options available and good hygiene practices. the friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable.

We also experienced issues with housekeeping entering our room despite the "do not disturb" sign, which was concerning. while the hotel had its drawbacks, it provided a comfortable and accommodating stay during our city trip.

I had a fantastic stay at Place Hotel Ascot. The location was excellent, with easy access to tram stations and plenty of walking streets nearby. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and the safety measures in place were impressive. I especially liked that everyone was provided with plastic gloves for handling food. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Main Street bus stop made it convenient for taking the bus to Takachiho Gorge. The staff were polite and professional, and the room was stylish, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was surprisingly quiet despite its busy surroundings. I also appreciated the free tea and coffee, as well as the availability of a microwave and washing machines on the first floor. I highly recommend this hotel.
