With excellent connections to the Yamanote line and Haneda Airport, this hotel offers a convenient location for sightseeing. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel was clean. the room had exclusive amenities, including impressive in-room breakfast service and a special diet menu available at the restaurant. Spa & wellness facilities were also available to enjoy and relax in.

While the room was luxurious, I did find the space quite cramped with a lack of storage and surface space. this was a minor issue compared to all the other positive aspects of the hotel.

The staff at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi were incredible, providing exceptional service from check-in onwards. They went above and beyond, accompanying us to the hospital and staying with us all night during a medical issue. The hotel also had great rooms and a convenient location for both the airport monorail and Tokyo station. The facilities were top-notch, including a modern and clean executive lounge that offered great value for money. The staff at the lounge were instrumental in helping me plan and execute a proposal to my girlfriend. The hotel is also close to Tamachi train station, with no noise bleed, and it's fun to watch the trains come and go. The location is fantastic, with a supermarket, dry cleaner, laundromat, and coffee shop all within walking distance.

Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.

Breakfast was delicious and provided a good range of options. Great location due to easy access to public transport and nearby shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and offered free Wi-Fi in the room.

Limited space in the room with lack of hooks for towels, dressing gowns, and clothes. the fridge wasn't cold enough, and the hotel didn't have a toaster.

Spacious rooms, amazing shower and bathroom, strong water pressure, great TV services, convenient mini fridge.

I had a perfect stay at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi. The cloud bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-tech features in the room were impressive. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although the hotel offers great value for money, the price could be slightly more affordable.
