The location of the hotel was ideal for my needs as it was super close to the shops I needed to go to before I left for Tokyo. it is conveniently situated near Shinsaibashi shopping street and next to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a "red-light" area with many men in suits, I felt safe and found it quite interesting.

The room was a bit cramped, especially when it came to opening my suitcase.

We had a great stay at a hotel in a good central location. It was within walking distance of Dontonbori, which was perfect for exploring the shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel had a big Manga library, although the English selection was limited. We were able to borrow 10 manga at a time and read them in our room, which was a nice perk. The hotel also provided good wifi and AC, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom and all the necessary amenities. it was a nice and quiet stay.

The location of Quintessa Hotel was fantastic, right near the subway and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and spoke English quite well. The rooms were basic but surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel.

During my Xmas stay, the room at this hotel was small yet had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable. the hotel was situated in a key location with proximity to plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as the train station. While the area did feel a bit disorienting, this was easily remedied with Google Maps.

There were a number of drawbacks to this hotel. the area felt somewhat unsafe as it was located in what appeared to be a red light district with plenty of noisy and drunk people.

The comfort and roominess exceeded my expectations for a business-class hotel. The smartly designed room had a wall-mounted TV, space for luggage, and a hot water shower in the bathroom. The location was perfect, with easy access to Osaka's largest underground shopping street and walking distance to popular attractions. The staff accommodated our request for a quiet room, and the cleanliness and size of the rooms were IMPRESSIVE. The buffet breakfast was decent and the hotel amenities, like free wi-fi and 24-hour reception, added to the overall convenience of our stay.

I particularly loved having a balcony to enjoy some fresh air and the morning sunshine. The breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious options to start the day right.
