The location of the apartment is incredibly convenient, with shops and restaurants right across the street. It's also within walking distance to major attractions such as Nishiki Market and Gion. The rooms are spacious and modern, with well-equipped kitchens and fast, stable Wi-Fi. The customer service is top-notch, with the staff being accommodating and attentive to details. Additionally, the availability of a washer in the room is a great advantage, allowing for convenient laundry during the stay.

The housekeeping service could be improved, as some guests mentioned that their rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and amenities were not replenished.

We had an excellent stay at R&Run Kyoto Serviced Apartment & Suites. The apartment was spacious and felt like a home, with a lovely wooden table and china cabinet. The bedding and towels were of high quality and everything was spotless. We appreciated the quietness of the apartment, as we couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Ms. Mika Matsuda, who spoke fluent English and went above and beyond to assist us. The location was convenient, close to the market, restaurants, and convenience stores. The apartment had a washer/dryer, which was a luxury to have. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had such a great time staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was incredibly convenient to have so many amazing Japanese cuisine options nearby, including delicious ramen and katsudon. Plus, there were plenty of shopping places within walking distance, making it easy to explore and find some great souvenirs. The apartment itself was absolutely fantastic. It had everything I needed and more, with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and even a washer/dryer. The staff were absolutely wonderful too, always friendly, helpful, and responsive to any queries or requests I had. They really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable stay. The service, facilities, and location are all top-notch.

The apartment was well equipped for a comfortable stay. the location was excellent, close to transportation and great restaurants, and shops in the area. the staff was friendly, helpful and made the experience enjoyable.

The setup of the apartment was a bit confusing, with too many switches and not enough privacy in one of the rooms. However, overall the experience was positive and the amenities, location, and staff make this a great option for anyone visiting the city.
