This hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and modern yet traditional room design. Its three restaurants offer delicious dishes with carefully selected ingredients, and the onsen water in the open bath is simply luxurious. The welcoming staff made us feel at home, and the private facilities were a great addition to make us feel special.

The only minor downside of our stay was the high price. However, this is understandable given the exclusive amenities and luxury service provided.
