This hotel was a fantastic find! The rooms were clean, basic, and just what we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The location was unbeatable - just a short walk from the Sensoji temple, and surrounded by amazing restaurants and convenience stores. The breakfast was delicious, and we looked forward to it every morning.

Nothing that I didn't like.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to major transportation hubs, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The hotel's facilities were also new and clean, which was a huge plus. Additionally, I had a great view of Mt Fuji from the top floors on a clear day, which was a delightful surprise.

I also found it frustrating that the breakfast options didn't change during my six-day stay, as it became repetitive and boring.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Tawaramachi and Asakusa stations. the area surrounding the hotel was bustling with various restaurants and eateries, making it convenient for dining options. the staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. the room and bathroom were clean and provided all the necessary amenities. the view from our room, especially of the Tokyo Skytree at night, was amazing. And the best part was the understanding and kindness of the staff when I lost my way and arrived late for check-out. They allowed me to check out later without any extra charges. The quality of everything, from the amenities to the comfy bed and fluffy pillows, exceeded our expectations. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring Asakusa and the rest of Tokyo, with the metro and train lines nearby. the staff was friendly and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. We also appreciated the fast internet speeds and the on-site laundry machines. Plus, there were plenty of delicious restaurants in the surrounding area. we highly recommend Red Planet for its great value and quality experience.

Located in the heart of Asakusa, close to attractions such as Sensoji temple and shopping areas. Easy access to the metro which connects to Narita airport and the Yamanote line for popular areas. Room has modern facilities such as usb plugs and humidity control. The powerful and hot shower quickly gets the job done.

Limited front desk interaction can make for a less personal welcome.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the Ginza Line and proximity to the Asakusa Line and Oedo Line. This is great for light sleepers like me who value convenient transportation options. Additionally, the hotel is close to many restaurants in Asakusa, making it easy to find food options nearby. The cleanliness of the room and washroom was impeccable, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to understand and answer our questions, despite any language barriers.

We had a great stay at Red Planet, a beautifully designed boutique hotel. The room was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and cozy pajamas. The location was perfect, close to tourist attractions and public transportation. We loved taking selfies at the entrance every morning. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like dust in the room and a lack of space to put our belongings, the overall experience was excellent. The hotel provided nice amenities like shampoo and Marukyu Koyamaen tea. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. The bathroom had a rain shower head and amazing water pressure. We also appreciated the proximity to restaurants and the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its good quality, location, and reasonable price.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of popular areas such as Kappabashi and Ueno. It was also very convenient to get to Tokyo Skytree and other places in the city via train or subway. The staff provided very efficient service and were always friendly and helpful. Additionally, there were pen markings on nearby parking lots for easy parking.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel offered complimentary pyjamas and slippers, which was a nice touch. the location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and a range of restaurants within walking distance. the staff was welcoming and friendly, which made for a pleasant stay.

The room was quite small, with limited space for unpacking larger suitcases or hanging clothes. while the shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature, the sink was small and may be difficult for guests with larger physiques to maneuver comfortably in the bathroom.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, great location to explore Asakusa, value for money, friendly staff, easy-to-use climate control/humidifier.
