Customer service was good and staff was able to communicate in English. It was easy to find nearby parking garages and the location was central to attractions and a shopping mall.

The bed was uncomfortable and the rooms were small. not the best value for the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of town. The location is perfect, with shopping areas and covered malls right outside the hotel. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including lots of eateries and a 7/11 next door. The room was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of options and was always kept neat and clean. the service and amenities at this hotel were top-notch, ensuring a truly enjoyable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our stay at Ref By Vessel Hotel was exceptional. The aesthetics of the room were on point, and the onsen experience was perfect. We loved the indoor and outdoor tubs, especially the outdoor tub that made us feel like we were surrounded by a beautiful forest. The Dyson hairdryer was a delightful surprise as well. The location of the hotel at the start of a shopping street made it incredibly convenient for transportation and exploring the city. we wish we had stayed longer and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
