The hotel had excellent service standards and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the views from the hotel were superior, with beautiful views of the ocean and Naruto Bridge/Strait. I also enjoyed the relaxing onsens on the 1st and 8th floors, both of which had magnificent views.

The hotel showed its age in some parts, but overall it was well maintained and renovated. the noise insulation was average, which made it a bit noisy at times.

The food was delicious and the buffet had a great variety to offer. the rooms were spacious, clean and had individual lighting that added a unique touch. the hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to the expressway exit and close to the beach, making it a great option for families with kids.

The noise insulation in the rooms was average and there was a lot of smoking in the hotel, making it difficult for non-smokers. the beach nearby was also unappealing and the hotel was located right next to the main road, which detracted from the overall experience.
