The room at Resi Stay The Kyoto was incredibly comfortable for our family of four. The amenities were easy to use, and the instructions provided were very helpful. The coffee provided was absolutely delicious and added to the overall perfect experience. The surrounding area was quiet and clean, creating a peaceful retreat for our vacation. The bathroom and kitchenette, although small, were functional and well-designed. Having some kitchen amenities and a washer in the room was a great convenience. The separate rooms for sleeping allowed us to spread out and relax, and the shower and bathroom were excellent as well.

Negative detail: The room for 4 adults was a bit tight and not as spacious as we expected.

The staff was helpful and prompt in responding. the room had a functional kitchen and laundry machine with free detergent. the location was perfect and convenient, just a short walk from the station.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Bed sheets were not changed during the week-long stay and dirty sheets were left in the corridor.

The reception center being separate from the residence is a bit inconvenient, requiring a 15-minute walk.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were extremely kind and spoke English, making us feel welcome and ensuring we understood everything about our room. The Hello Kitty room was absolutely adorable, and we even received a free tote bag of goodies. The apartment itself was well designed, with a modern and high-tech feel. From the toilet seat with bidet buttons to the control screens for temperature, this place truly enhanced our comfort. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine worked silently, allowing us to do laundry at our convenience. We also appreciated the terrace with its discreet net to keep out flies. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the main train station. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
