I had a great stay at this hotel. It was very close to the train station and within walking distance to nearby attractions. The twin room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had good amenities. The hotel also had massage chairs in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view from the breakfast hall on the top floor was stunning.

The noise from the tram outside, which disturbed my sleep at night.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our twin-sharing room at Resol Hakodate. The two super-single beds were comfortable, and the basic toiletries provided were convenient. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the JR station and close to the morning market. Despite some minor inconveniences like the lack of English-speaking staff and an outdated decor, our overall experience was positive. We would recommend Resol Hakodate for its value and convenience.

The breakfast offered was amazing and had a great variety of food for a 3-star hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the tram and within walking distance to the train station and the popular morning market. the room was immaculate and the housekeeping staff were very friendly.

The air conditioning system didn't work well and the room became a bit stuffy at night. the room offered a view of a noisy area which made it difficult to sleep.
