This hotel in downtown Osaka is a hidden gem! The location is perfect - just a short walk from the subway station and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms may be small, but they are modern and comfortable, with lovely facilities and amazing views. The bathroom was a standout, with a nice bathtub and a toilet seat that had a built-in heater - so luxurious!

All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

Attentive and helpful staff made our stay at Richmond Hotel Namba Daikokucho truly enjoyable. The self-service kiosk for check-in was efficient, and we were given a high floor room as requested. The hotel provided informative maps that guided us to nearby restaurants and attractions. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed, large TV, and modern amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel stay during Easter was great! the staff was welcoming and provided a basket of toiletries, which was a nice surprise. the room was compact but so well-organized, and the bed was very comfortable. the location was perfect as it was only a 5-minute walk to the subway station and there were several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. What I enjoyed the most was the delicious breakfast that had a mix of Japanese and continental food.

That the room was too small, but that is typical for hotels in this price range. However, the view from the room was not great.
