I had a fantastic stay at Richmond. The hotel's location was perfect, offering stunning views of the Sky Tree from my room. It was also conveniently close to shrines and temples, as well as a bustling market. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, and I especially appreciated the free coffee machine in the lobby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, despite the language barrier. They even went out of their way to help me borrow a vacuum cleaner for my travel bag. The American chef managing the juice bar during breakfast was exceptional in his service and made me feel warmly welcomed.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city. It was close to all the tourist sites and had easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was really cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even gave us little free gifts during our stay. The hotel also had a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for exploring and finding places to eat.

The check-in process took way too long, and it was quite frustrating. It seemed like the hotel could definitely improve its efficiency in this area.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and bathrooms being very nice and clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything we needed readily available. The location was perfect, with Temple Market just a stone's throw away and Ladies Market not far either. Public transportation was incredibly convenient, with the airport bus stop right in front of the door. The staff was excellent, providing exceptional service and making sure we were well taken care of.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Asakusa, as it is right in the middle of the action next to Sensoji Temple. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities, including the washing machine and dryer, were very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide selection of food.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo, and guests can enjoy a comfortable and compact bathroom. The friendly staff offered a choice of complimentary cosmetics upon check-in and served an exceptional breakfast with a great variety of options. Additionally, the room was equipped with modern facilities like a phone, TV, and mini-fridge.

I recently stayed at Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with the Sensoji temple and shops nearby. The staff provided excellent service, taking care of cleaning and ensuring a comfortable stay. I appreciated the free coffee dispenser and good toiletries. The beds were spacious and comfy, and there was ample space for luggage. The hotel's honesty and integrity stood out when the staff promptly contacted me about cash I had left in the safe. I highly recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.

Our stay at Richmond Hotel in Asakusa was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself felt more like a four-star than a three-star. The facilities were modern and clean, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions like Senso-Ji temple and the Tsukuba express line. it was excellent value for money.

The location of this hotel in Asakusa really is superb, in the heart of a wonderful older neighborhood of Tokyo, and right on the doorstep of a busy tourist attraction. The rooms were spacious unlike most other hotels in Tokyo, with a small sofa and a lot space, making it very comfortable. The staff at this hotel were excellent, providing great service and making us feel very welcome.

The breakfast was a great addition to my stay, offering a wide range of delicious options. The staff were always on hand to assist with any queries and even helped me organize a trip to see a local attraction during my business trip. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of several restaurants and attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city.

While the shower was good, the water pressure caused water to splash around the bathroom, making a small mess. the nearest subway station was a little further away than I would have liked, meaning I had to walk quite a distance to get to my meetings.

Great location near Sensoji temple, convenient transportation, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious rooms with great amenities and a stunning view of the temple and Tokyo Skytree. Polite staff and excellent housekeeping.

We had a fantastic stay at Richmond! The location is amazing, right in the heart of the Asakusa District. We loved being surrounded by shops and restaurants, and the Senso-Ji Temple was just a short walk away. From our room on the 12th floor, we had a breathtaking view of the Sky Tree, especially during the mesmerizing light show at night. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice, and our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable with great sheets, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the Handy mobile device and the tea/coffee set up. Richmond exceeded our expectations and we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay.

This hotel is located in a great area in the centre of Asakusa district, surrounded by many lively shops and restaurants. The rooms are modern, clean and well-equipped with basic amenities, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable, offering good value for money.

stayed at a 10-star hotel in tokyo and it was perfect! got a last-minute deal, got a corner room with an amazing view. room had all the comforts needed, felt like a private penthouse spa. staff, especially tanaka-san, was great.
