Great breakfast selection and good location near the train station. the room was clean and had a nice view of the city.

The room was too small for my liking and the bed was uncomfortable. the air conditioning didn't work properly either, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

Incredible location near the train station and shopping areas. The complimentary "Handy" cell phone was a game changer for navigating the city. The continental breakfast was delightful, and the added bonus of pyjamas made the stay even more comfortable. Check-in process was a bit peculiar, but manageable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was very large and comfortable. The staff were kind and accommodating. They provided luggage storage and took care of my bags when I arrived early. The room was modern and comfortable. They had chargers available in the room. The free breakfast was decent. The location was great, just a short walk from the train station.

Felt extremely welcome, no reason to complain.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, and they even offered beauty products during check-in. The room was comfortable and clean, with the comfiest bed and pillows we've ever experienced at a hotel. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and healthy options. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

We recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is conveniently located near Sendai station, making it easy to walk to nice restaurants and explore downtown. The staff is professional and speaks decent English, providing great service. The rooms are clean and attention is given to details, such as soft towels and bathroom amenities. The breakfast is decent and there are free non-alcoholic drinks available at all times. Additionally, there is a coin laundry for guests to use.

The double rooms are small and may feel cramped for couples.
