This hotel offers great value for money with its basic amenities and rooms that come fully equipped. We loved the fact that it's just across the popular Tokyo Dome park and facing an amusement park with tons of stores. Additionally, Suidobashi metro station is very close, making it convenient for us to travel to multiple stations. The hotel staff was also very accommodating.

The location is superb, with easy access to both a metro subway station and a JR station. The hotel is also near the popular Tokyo Dome and within walking distance of many sights and scenes. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the convenient location and accessibility options.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of this hotel in Suidobashi. It made getting around Tokyo so much easier with the nearby public transport options. The staff at Richmond Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries I had. Despite the small room, it was clean and comfortable, making for a cozy stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. With prices that won't break the bank, you'll find it hard to find another hotel with such great attention to detail. The location is perfect, with subway stops and Tokyo Dome City just a stone's throw away. Plus, the hotel is right next to a supermarket filled with everything you could need. The staff were friendly and the rooms were super clean, providing all the basic amenities you would expect.

The only thing that could be improved is the size of the rooms. They are on the smaller side, but still spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Located above Don Quijote. Accessible to JR lines & 5 min walk from JR station. Small but comfortable & clean room for 2 people. Managed to stay an extra 2 nights. Would choose again. Not directly near major JR stations but Suidobashi is close. Cleanliness & staff friendliness worth it. Will choose in the future.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with three different train stations nearby that can easily take you back to the airport or to other areas of the city. The Tokyo Dome and several metro lines are also within close proximity. Additionally, there are convenient stores that are open 24 hours, perfect for late-night snacks or forgotten essentials.

The limited breakfast menu, which could have used more variety throughout my stay.

The free pyjamas were a nice touch and the shower was excellent. The location, while not ideal, did offer some nearby attractions to explore. The room was also quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Our romantic escape was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The room was quite small and lacked any kind of ambiance to set the mood.
