The room was spacious with ample space for large luggage. It was exceptionally clean and had a comfortable bed with two pillows per guest. The toilet and shower were separate, providing convenience and sanitation, especially if staying with others. All toiletries, robes, and slippers were provided. The hotel staff was professional and able to communicate effectively in English. The location was safe and a short walk from the subway station.

The hotel looked brand new and the facilities/rooms were very clean. We really liked the separation of sink, toilet, and shower. The beds were super comfortable. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the soundproofing was so good that we didn't hear any noises from our neighbors.

I recently stayed at Richmond Hotel Yokohama Ekimae for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was well-organized and clean, with a separate toilet area. The location was superb, just a short walk from Yokohama station and close to attractions like Yodobashi Camera Multimedia Yokohama. There was a Family Mart and a drug store right below the hotel, which was very convenient. The receptionist was attentive and even offered us free reusable bags when we dropped some items. a 10/10 experience!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and surrounded by cafes with delicious breakfast options. The rooms are new and clean, with comfortable beds and a separate toilet and shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, and showing your room key gives you a 10% discount at the restaurant and bar downstairs.

A shower curtain for the Western style showers would have been a nice addition.
