The hotel is conveniently located near the Tomari port, making it easy to catch a ferry to the nearby islands. It is also close to the monorail station, providing easy access to downtown and other attractions. The Tourist Information Office is just a short walk away, where I could gather more information about Okinawa. Additionally, the hotel is just a stone's throw away from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful coastline. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as free bottled water, pajamas, and toothbrushes provided. The bathrooms were spacious and modern, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking either the city or the bay. the hotel provided all the necessary facilities and advantages for a comfortable stay.

The hotel lacked a convenient adaptor borrowing service, which proved to be a minor inconvenience.

This hotel has a great location close to transportation, with easy access to popular destinations. the interior design is modern and tasteful, including a stunning bathroom with a ceiling-to-tub window. the room is spacious and comfortable.

The staff lacked communication skills and struggled with basic English, which made it difficult to express concerns or ask for information. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and difficult to use.

Our stay at Rihga Royal was exceptional. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The room was always kept tidy and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom amenities were plentiful and of high quality. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location near Yui Rail and Naha Bus Terminal made transportation easy. The view from the restaurant on the 14th floor was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
