I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better - right on Sunset beach, allowing me to enjoy the stunning ocean view from my room's private balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were met. The room itself was spacious and tidy, with all the amenities I could ask for. The delicious Japanese breakfasts served at the restaurant downstairs were a delightful start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were able to cater to my dietary restrictions and the food they served was simply amazing! the location of the hotel was perfect - close to the beach, with easy access to shopping areas and city landmarks. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a private balcony that provided a stunning view.

The only thing I struggled with was my own language barrier, but the staff was always patient and willing to help me improve my Japanese.

This hotel is conveniently located near American village, with beautiful views right on Sunset beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent service and a delicious breakfast served at the Rinken's Kitchen restaurant next door. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for local attractions and even complimentary tickets to watch the Rinken Band. The hotel offers a great beachfront experience.

The parking can be a bit challenging.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Chatan, located right by the sunset beach. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with balconies and ocean views perfect for watching the sunset. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The Japanese style breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious and the perfect start to my day. The location of the hotel was ideal, with the beach just steps away and plenty of activities within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Chatan.
