From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it convenient for us to explore the beautiful city. One of the highlights of our stay was the small individual garden attached to our room, which provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. We were also impressed by the impeccable service and the helpful staff, just like Atsuko who went above and beyond to assist us.

The walls were quite thin, and at times we could hear the noise from neighboring rooms.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the train station made it easy for me to explore the city. I loved that there was a small individual garden on the premises, it added a touch of tranquility to my stay. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly and helpful, even giving me a brochure on how to get around. The room amenities were fantastic, with heating, air conditioning, and free toiletries provided. I also appreciated having an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV in the room.

I recently spent New Year at a lovely hotel in the heart of the city. the location was unbeatable, only a few minutes from the main train station. Despite the central location, the room was surprisingly quiet. I especially appreciated the well-decorated and spacious room, which had all the facilities I could ask for. the friendly staff were always on hand to help and several spoke English, which was really helpful. Plus, the room even had a desk downstairs where you could pick up any toiletry items you'd forgotten to pack.

While my stay was mostly fantastic, a few things left a little to be desired. For one thing, I found it strange that I had to pay extra for cleaning services.

My room at Rinn was incredibly clean, new, and comfortable. The design had a lovely Japanese touch, and I appreciated the facilities like the laundry and microwave. The hotel is conveniently located only 6 minutes from the station, with a seven eleven just 3 minutes away. The staff were kind and even wrote me a thoughtful note when I experienced a temporary elevator issue. I had a great stay and would definitely come back to Rinn Kyoto Station.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Atsuko went above and beyond in assisting me. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Convenient facilities available like laundry and microwave. Lovely Japanese design.

Amazing and friendly staff. Upgraded room was superb - spacious, clean, and quiet. Care products were amazing. Conveniently close to Kyoto Station and public transport. Handy laundry facility. Would definitely return.
