We spent a delightful one-night stay at Rohen Resort&Lounge. Despite the rainy weather, the warm smiles and efficient service greeted us upon arrival. The family room, perfect for four, had well-designed bunk beds and state-of-the-art amenities such as LCD keypad lock and USB wall chargers. The convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the Tori gate and pirate ship terminal, was a definite plus. The lounge area was cozy with comfortable sofas and a fire, allowing for enjoyable conversations with other guests. Additionally, the staff's friendliness and the yummy vegetarian breakfast made our stay even more memorable.

the room and lounge were both very cozy and inviting. the breakfast offered at a reasonable price of 1300 yen per person was delicious and generous. the facilities were also amazing, with top-notch bath products and a hair dryer. the staff, including a male staff member in charge of breakfast and two helpful female staff members, were all kind, friendly, and accommodating. the proximity to the lake and Hakone Shrine was a plus, with both being just a short walk away. I highly recommend staying at this resort in Hakone.

The lounge area at Rohen Resort&Lounge was absolutely fantastic! The comfortable sofas and cozy fireplace created the perfect ambiance for relaxation and socializing. We had a great time striking up conversations with other guests and making new friends. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Now, let me tell you about the rooms. Although they were a little tight on space, they were very clean and well-maintained.

The common spaces were amazing and cozy, with a great fireplace that made me want to stay in and relax all day. the breakfast was definitely a great addition and worth getting. A really nice extra touch was the provision of earplugs, which helped a lot when there was noise from other guests. the location was great, as it was close to many attractions and places to eat.

The capsule rooms were quite noisy because of the loud doors, which woke me up several times during the night. the lack of variety on the menu for dinner was also a downside, especially after a long day exploring the city.

We had an incredible stay at a resort in Hakone. the beds were the most comfortable we had throughout our Japan trip. the ambiance and location exceeded our expectations. the resort was peaceful and quiet, and we loved the chalkboard feature. the room was perfect for our family of four, with efficient use of space and convenient amenities. the state-of-the-art appliances were easy to use. Being just a short walk away from the Tori gate and pirate ship terminal was a definite plus. We highly recommend this place to families, couples, and solo travelers.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing valuable information about local attractions and amenities. The rooms are well-designed, with clever bunk bed arrangements and balconies. The lounge area with comfy sofas and a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Plus, the American-style breakfast served is delicious and filling.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The beds were not properly cleaned, with dust and unidentified objects found on the mattresses.

I enjoyed two delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, as there weren't many options nearby due to the low season. the food was great, with generous portions, and the bar setup was nice. the cozy atmosphere, especially by the fireplace, was perfect for relaxing. the mattress and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, and the rain shower was a delightful touch. there were plenty of USB ports to charge my devices.

I had a great experience at Rohen Resort&Lounge. The location was perfect, close to attractions and the beautiful lake. The lounge was a cozy spot to spend the evening, and the breakfast provided was generous and delicious. The staff, especially the male staff in charge of breakfast, were friendly and accommodating. The bedding in both the private rooms and capsules was very comfortable. The communal area with the fire pit was a nice touch, and I enjoyed the free teas and coffees available. The showers were clean and had nice toiletries. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfort, and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at Rohen Resort&Lounge and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the twin bedroom. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the lake, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite the presence of capsule beds in the corridor, the room was well-insulated and noise-free. The breakfast provided was consistently delicious and definitely worth including in the reservation. I had a fantastic stay at Rohen Resort&Lounge and would highly recommend it.

The only minor inconvenience I experienced was the lack of a crosswalk when crossing the highway, which made it a little scary. However, these drawbacks did not significantly impact my overall positive experience at the hotel.
