The free shuttle bus provided by Route Inn made exploring Takayama easy and convenient, even though the hotel is located a bit outside the city center. The views of the surrounding mountains from the hotel were breathtaking. The spacious room and great facilities, including the public bath, added to the overall pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a surprisingly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled on a hill with breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the large windows that allowed me to take in the scenic beauty. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast spread was wide and delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits and other dishes. The hotel also had a public bath, where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. a truly memorable experience.

That there were no options for vegetarians and vegans in the buffet dinner.

The views from our room were breathtaking. We could hear the sound of the river and a choir of frogs that helped us relax after a long day of exploring. the staff were friendly and attentive, and we appreciated the free shuttle service that took us to and from the main attractions nearby. the breakfast had plenty of options, both Western and Japanese, and we loved trying new foods. We also enjoyed the public bath, it was clean and the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel was a bit further from the city center than we expected, but we were able to use the free shuttle service, which helped us save money on transportation. the shuttle, however, had limited hours, so we had to plan our days around its schedule.
