The hotel had a great location, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. It was also conveniently located close to a subway station, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay.

There were a couple of things that weren't ideal. the room was on the small side, which made it feel a bit cramped.

We also appreciated the convenient transportation options, with two subway stations nearby. this hotel provided a convenient and enjoyable base for exploring the city.

Great base for exploring Kyoto! the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. the rooms were comfortable and quiet, providing a good night's sleep. the hotel staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help with directions and provide assistance. Additionally, the hotel offered amenities such as toiletries and complimentary water, which were replenished daily.

The WiFi in the hotel was too slow to be usable, which was a disappointment. It would have been more convenient to have faster internet access in order to stay connected and make travel arrangements.

Spacious upgraded room with amazing amenities. Carbonated water bath is a nice touch. Great location near bus stops. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast options at nearby bakery.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was just a short walk to popular attractions like Gion, Ponto cho, and Nishiki market. Additionally, it was conveniently close to transportation options. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted us in making dinner reservations. They even provided us with a map marked with the location of the restaurants and printed confirmations. We were impressed by their thoughtfulness. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

One minor drawback was that the hotel was not very generous with complimentary bottles of water. We were only given two small bottles per day, and when we asked for an extra bottle, we were told we had to pay for it.

The room itself was spacious and well-kept, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
