With its traditional wooden structure, spacious rooms, and immaculate tatami mats, the experience truly immerses you in Japanese authenticity. The bath ritual in the massive wooden tub, accompanied by the calming sounds of birdsong and the serene garden views, offers a transcendent experience. Service standards fell short and left us desiring a more attentive and proactive staff.

The garden view from the room and the Japanese style house were amazing. , the staff was kind and welcomed us with tea and biscuits. We loved the experience of staying in a traditional hotel and having access to a clean onsen.

The check-in and check-out time was not convenient for us. we were disappointed that we were not offered breakfast in the morning, especially considering the elevated price we paid for our stay.
