I had an amazing experience at a traditional Japanese ryokan in Hakone. The property was nestled on top of a hill, offering stunning views. The warm welcome from the staff, especially Taki, made us feel like valued guests. They took care of us throughout our stay, serving delicious meals in our room and ensuring our comfort. The onsen was clean and provided a relaxing experience. Additionally, the location near the train station was convenient for our short stay. it was an authentic and memorable Japanese experience.

What a wonderful Thanksgiving experience! The traditional private Japanese house, surrounded by a stunning garden with a koi pond, was amazing. The service from the friendly and English-speaking staff was incredible, making us feel so welcome. The kaiseki-style dinner and breakfast were truly unique, offering an array of delicious food. The public onsen and in-room onsen facilities were superb and extremely relaxing. It was conveniently located near the train station, making access very easy.

That the road leading to the accommodation was quite steep, making it difficult to walk with heavy luggage. But other than that, there was nothing to complain about.
