There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is perfect for trekkers and groups of friends, with easy access to nearby hiking trails. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring excellent service throughout the visit.

The outdoor hot spring for women is smaller and less attractive compared to the men's, which is unfortunate.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the authentic and delicious Japanese dinner served and the cozy atmosphere created by the traditional décor in the room. The location made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions and the complimentary shuttle service provided was a bonus.

On the other hand, the hot spring facilities were not up to my expectations and cleanliness could be improved. Furthermore, the noise from the nearby generator was disruptive and made it difficult to relax in our room. while the stay had its ups and downs, it could have been better with some improvements in the negatives.
