As a group of friends, we loved the hidden bonus of the swimming pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even with last-minute food requests. The powerful shower and garden view were a nice touch. The location was remote, providing fresh air, but the nearby bus made it easy to reach attractions like Nijo Castle. an enjoyable stay with spacious rooms.

my experience at this 4-star hotel was exceptional. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, nestled near the mountains and offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It is a little bit far away from train and subway stations, but this adds to the charm of the hotel, as it requires a walk up the hill from the bus stop. The staff here were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they provided a warm welcome, offering a refreshing welcome drink and orienting me to the facility and customs. They were always available to answer any questions I had and even provided luggage transfer service to another hotel, allowing me to enjoy my day worry-free.

My partner and I stayed at a tucked away, quiet and tastefully decorated hotel for a few nights. The rooms had fantastic views of the wooded hills and the public baths were a treat. The staff went beyond their duties, helping us with recommendations and even waiting for us during bad weather. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was large and delicious. It was an authentic Japanese experience with futons and traditional gardens.

The service from the staff member was terrific, and the shuttle buses provided convenient transportation options. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and exceeded my expectations. The traditional breakfast and public bath were great additions to our city trip. Also, the location was perfect, with only a 30-minute walk to a famous temple. We also appreciated the shuttle bus service, which made it easy to get around the city.

Additionally, the shared bath was closed during the middle of the day, which was inconvenient. It would have been nice to have a separate towel for the shower and shared bath, without having to ask for one.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us plan our daily activities in the city. The breakfast and dinner provided a delicious variety of food, although it would be great to see more vegetarian options in the future. Despite a minor issue with the hot spring not being as private as expected, the overall experience was fantastic. The polite staff, beautiful room, delicious meals, and nearby temples made our stay memorable. I highly recommend Ryokan Nenrinbo for its exceptional service and tranquil ambiance.

I absolutely loved the spacious and luxurious modern room. It had all the facilities I needed. The staff were very helpful and did their best to communicate in English. The location was peaceful, nestled close to the hills and away from the bustling center of the city. The hotel's beautiful garden added to the serene atmosphere. I also enjoyed the onsen public bath and the amazing Japanese toilet.

They were able to accommodate our request for supper in our room and even delayed the start time of dinner so that our whole group could enjoy it together. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and the staff members were always attentive and helpful. The beautiful garden lobby and peaceful location in a quiet residential area provided a tranquil atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. We also enjoyed the private hot springs bath, which added to the authentic Japanese experience. the service and atmosphere here were top-notch.

Our only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a vegetarian dinner menu in addition to the excellent vegetarian breakfast that was provided. This would allow guests with different dietary restrictions to fully enjoy dining in the evening at this venue.
