The location in the onsen town was stunning, with a room overlooking the river. The onsen experience was fantastic, with a variety of options available. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, accommodating our dietary preferences. The hotel was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay at this hot spring ryokan in the middle of a forest. The staff provided unmatched service, helping me with my luggage and ensuring that I felt welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with futons that were surprisingly more comfortable than a regular bed. The kaiseki dinner was a unique experience, with a variety of delicious dishes that can only be found in Japan. I also loved the outdoor hot springs, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views of nature.

The secluded location of this ryokan was absolutely stunning. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, it truly felt like a hidden oasis. the traditional Japanese meals served here were incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the close proximity to hiking trails and outdoor activities allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in nature during our stay.

Although the ryokan offered a traditional experience, the lack of a shower in the room was a slight inconvenience. However, considering the limitations of a traditional ryokan, we understand why this was the case.

My partner and I stayed at Ryokan Sanga for a few days during our trip to explore the beautiful surroundings. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even though we didn't speak much Japanese. The room was spacious and the private outdoor Onsen was a big plus. The food was delicious and they were able to accommodate our dietary preferences. We also appreciated the convenience of having vending machines available. The overall experience was unforgettable and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

A wonderful stay at a rustic ryokan tucked away in a hidden gem of a location. The Kaiseki meals were superb, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious breakfast. The ryokan had a truly authentic feel, with a lovely stream nearby adding to the charm. The services provided by the staff were exceptional, especially the lady who went above and beyond to make our stay personalized and memorable. The onsen experiences were absolutely beautiful, and the best Japanese food we've ever tasted. Despite the language barrier, the staff were efficient and helpful. I had a fabulous and unforgettable experience at this ryokan.

The location of the ryokan was absolutely stunning, tucked away in a tranquil and beautiful setting. the surrounding gardens, stream, and onsen created a serene and peaceful atmosphere. One of the best aspects was the attentive and friendly service from the staff, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the traditional Japanese futon provided a surprisingly comfortable night's sleep.

One of the drawbacks was the lack of a shower in the room, although we understood the limitations of a traditional ryokan. It would have been more convenient to have a shower available in the room.

Loved the large and traditional rooms at this ryokan. the aesthetic was beautiful and really added to the experience. the private hot springs were a highlight. Relaxing in the open air bath with forest views was truly amazing. the staff were extremely hospitable and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The location of the ryokan was a bit further than expected. It required a longer bus ride from Hakata station and the prices were higher than anticipated.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff, especially Miku, were incredibly helpful and spoke English and Chinese. Cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The hotel offered pick-up and drop-off service from the bus stop, making transportation convenient. The location, next to a stream and away from the center of town, provided a peaceful and picturesque setting. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made us feel at home.

We also enjoyed the variety of onsens available, including private ones that could be booked in advance. the service throughout our stay was impeccable, with the staff being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. the hotel also provided shuttle service to and from the town information center, making it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area.

We did have some issues during our stay. First, our initial room was located next to a noisy neighbor, causing constant disturbance.
