We had a wonderful time at the Ryokan Seiryu. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing. The kaiseki ryori dinner and breakfast were delicious with a wide variety of dishes. The emphasis on local Hida beef was a highlight. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the small onsen on site was a nice touch.

I had a great experience at a traditional Japanese ryokan. the location was excellent and easy to find, just a few minutes' walk from the train and bus station. the rooms were comfortable and in a unique Japanese style within a western-style hotel. the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. the highlight was the excellent dinner served in the room at a time of our choice. the half-board package included both breakfast and dinner, and we were pleasantly surprised by the continuous flow of delicious food. the ryokan's proximity to the old town and transportation was also a plus.

The location was perfect, as it was within easy walking distance to the main street and all the major attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious enough for my family of four, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The kaiseki dinner served in our room was absolutely delicious, showcasing the best of Japanese cuisine. Additionally, the onsen, although small, was clean and cozy, providing a relaxing experience. The overall ambiance of the ryokan was authentic and truly immersive.
