We had a fantastic stay at a charming ryokan nestled in the mountains. The traditional Japanese rooms were beautiful and the food was exquisite. We were amazed by the attention to detail and the delicious dishes made from locally sourced ingredients. The onsen experience was truly rejuvenating and we loved being able to soak in the hot water while gazing at the stars. The peaceful surroundings provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. While there were a few communication challenges, the friendly staff did their best to assist us. I highly recommend this ryokan for an unforgettable retreat in nature.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful views over the valley. I particularly loved the ensuite toilet, adding an extra touch of convenience. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was remarkable. From the traditional Japanese bathrobes to the serene ambiance, it truly felt like a luxurious retreat. Finally, the breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Not only was the food delicious, but the scenic view from the dining area made it even more enjoyable.

We spent New Year at this ryokan and loved the traditional Japanese interior and the private onsens. the staff was very nice and helpful, providing a free shuttle from the train station. the room was spacious and very clean. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and the surrounding area, perfect for a relaxing stroll. the traditional Japanese food was exceptional and provided a unique cultural experience.

Although the location was great for a peaceful retreat, it was a bit far from the train station and some may find it inconvenient without the shuttle service. the breakfast was traditional Japanese, which might not suit everyone's taste.
